To ensure the highest possible system availability, we offer you a reliable service and support network: Strategically located service centres and a highly trained team in the areas of service & support and software solutions ensure that you always get the best out of your MicroStep cutting system!

Many issues can be discussed over the phone by our expert advisors and rapid assistance can be guaranteed if support is required. MicroStep uses the remote maintenance module RemoteDiagnostics® for this purpose – a fast, efficient and cost-saving solution that solves around 80 per cent of the tasks that arise. In more complex cases, a MicroStep service technician can access the cutting solution and its operating software in this way and make the necessary settings directly on the machine control system.
