Special attention: Drilling up to 40 mm and threading up to M33
At the end of the year a multifunctional cutting system of the MG series was put into operation. Like its predecessor, the MG-PrBS 12001.30 has a working area of 12,000 x 3,000 mm. The top product among the MicroStep cutting systems is built for long-term use in industry, meets the highest demands for precision, performance and operability, and can combine a wide range of technology options on one machine for processing sheet metal, tubes, profiles and domes.
In the specifications, the drilling technology was given a special meaning for the system, which was provided with a special coating. A drilling spindle enables drilling up to 40 mm and threads up to M33. A tool magazine for eight tools ensures fast, automated tool change. A pneumatic stabilization system ensures high stability and precision of the machine during drilling.
